About Us

Our Story

CFLBC was started by a team of professionals who saw the destruction these issues were causing in young lives. We saw the potential for redemption and growth and we decided to do something. With combined experience in counseling, education and social work we created a safe and loving space for youths to heal, learn and grow. We also rehabilitate and train former fraud offenders who are using their knowledge for good in the fight against this epidemic.

At the Center for Love and Behavioral Change (CFLBC) we believe in the power of love, compassion and support. Our organization was founded on the principles of empathy, understanding and empowerment to help youths overcome cyber criminality, drug abuse and housing insecurity.
